The YouTube Legacy Party 2025 took place at Outernet, celebrating the platform’s 20th year anniversary. As Talent Lead, I managed the full talent experience — from locking in key talent/performers and handling logistics to overseeing all talent operations on the day.

The event featured live performances, creator appearances, and immersive brand moments, spotlighting YouTube’s vibrant community. I ensured all talent were well-supported, on schedule, and seamlessly integrated into the event programming, contributing to a smooth and memorable experience for both talent and guests.
